Explanation: Unnecessary colours may lead to irritations respectively this leads to needless questions of the customer.
Solution: The colour range has to be limited to the printing data that means that colours which you want to be printed have to be quoted. |

Explanation: Missing or wrong indications of the format may lead to unnecessary questions.
Solution: Trimmed Size have to be “trimmed” or provided with cutting marks. |

Explanation: Not-numbered pages of a booklet or pages which are not in the right order may lead to wrong results.

RGB Data Is it allowed to hand out RGB data ?
Explanation: Accurate results only can be achieved by an appropriate colour conversion.
Solution: RGB images have to be converted in an image processing program as for example photo shop in the CMYK colour space according to PSO-standard before transmission to the printer’s shop or it has to be arranged a necessary workflow on prior consultation with EDC. |

Scripts/Writings In the case of scripts what has to be taken into consideration ?
Explanation: PDF-data with scripts which are not incorporated/embed can not be processed.
Solution: Basically all writings have to be incorporated into the document. |

Explanation: Foil embossing or debossing provided in unseparated file format makes the process time- consuming and may lead to wrong results.

Explanation: As a rule a text in black should be unicoloured and has to be on overprinting.

Different "untrimmed" products on a PDF Data Is it possible to compile several different products in a one-sided PDF document (e.g. booklet and Inlay card)?.
Explanation: Different products are furnished in a one-sided PDF document. As a consequence of this the collection-PDF has to be separated in an expensive process into single products.
Solution: The Inlay card as well as the booklet have to be separated and also be delivered as separate PDFs. |
