are supplied directly from Langenhagen.

In the other countries we supply to customer warehouses or wholesalers. Each day between 800,000 and 1.5 Mio. CDs and DVDs are dispatched and over the whole year approx. 12 million order lines are processed. 

Delivery is within 24 hours; that means, if we receive an order by midday, the goods will be delivered to the dealers on the following day.  

Through the unique advantage of having production and distribution facilities at one location we are able to keep more than 98% of our catalogue permanently available for delivery and to guarantee extremely fast follow-up production and delivery. 

The Distribution business unit has many years of experience in the areas of music and entertainment in the following logistical functions:

		processing of new releases and campaigns
		stockholding, picking, shipping
		individual support of your customers by trained staff
		support of vendor managed inventory (VMI)
		fulfillment for the point of sale

The business processes are supported by a modern and flexible mySAP (ERP 2004) system.
